Dr. Bottala and his knowledgeable, friendly staff provide high quality orthodontic treatment in a comfortable environment. We use the latest technologies like Invisalign® and Damon™ braces, and state-of the-art equipment, including a digital x-ray machine that reduces patient radiation exposure. Our beautiful office even has a video gaming area that everyone can enjoy.

Blanca Banales, R.D.A., Office Manager

Blanca has worked with Dr. Bottala since 1997. She began as his clinical assistant in a multi-specialty dental office and moved on with him to manage his private practice. She organizes all areas of his practice related to patients and staff.

Blanca attended North West College where she earned her certificate for dental assisting in 1995. She received her license by the Dental Board of California as a Registered Dental Assistant (R.D.A.) in 1996. She also holds a Dental Radiation license.

Blanca has completed many courses with Align Technology giving her vast knowledge of the Invisalign system. She has completed continued education courses on orthodontic billing, infection control, Damon System, CPR, and HIPPA (California Privacy Practices).

Though Blanca has extensive training and experience in all fields of dentistry, her specialty is orthodontics. She's chosen orthodontics because she takes pleasure in watching children mature into young adults with beautiful smiles that were created by Dr. Bottala.

Blanca enjoys working with Dr. Bottala because he is very caring of his patients as well as his staff and their families. She is married with 2 children. Dr. Bottala treated her entire family.

Christina Yniguez, R.D.A., Treatment Coordinator

Christina began her career in the field of dentistry in 1997. She has worked with Dr. Bottala since 2003. She started as his financial coordinator in a multi-specialty dental office and moved on with him to his private practice.

Christina attended Concorde Career Institute where she received her Dental Assistant Certificate and Dental Radiation License. Christina has completed many courses to maintain extensive knowledge on the Damon system, Invisalign system, CPR, and HIPPA. Christina actively participates in Dr. Bottala's Invisalign study club. She contributes in the creative organization of all patient contests and activities held within the office.

Although Christina has considerable experience in the field of dentistry, she takes pleasure in orthodontics. She enjoys taking part in creating beautiful smiles that will last a lifetime. Christina loves to work with Dr. Bottala for the reason that he is a great Orthodontist who cares about his patients and staff.

Christina is a proud mother of a 10 year old son who is excited about being treated by Dr. Bottala.

Lynda Vera, Financial Coordinator

Lynda began working in the field of dentistry in 1997. She has worked with Dr. Bottala since 2001. She started as a treatment coordinator in a multi-specialty dental office and moved on with him to his private practice.

Lynda attended Westech College where she was certified as an Insurance Claims Examiner, Biller and Coder in 1996. She has completed continuing education courses in many areas of dentistry including Invisalign, Damon System, HIPPA (California Privacy Practices) and CPR.

Lynda enjoys working in the orthodontic field because she loves seeing patient's teeth transform into beautiful smiles. In her position as a financial coordinator, it is rewarding to help people make treatment possible.

For Lynda, the greatest thing about working with Dr. Bottala is that he is sincere and appreciates everyone from patients to staff. She is married with 3 children. Dr. Bottala is currently treating her oldest daughter.

Robyn, R.D.A., Lead Assistant

Robyn has been an orthodontic chairside assistant since she received her California State Board license in 1993. She has worked with Dr. Bottala since 2002. Since obtaining her RDA license she has completed many classes to help further her knowledge with the Invisalign System, Damon System, Infection Control, and CPR.

Robyn really enjoys witnessing the transformation that patients of all ages experience when given a beautiful smile.

Robyn feels very fortunate to work for a doctor who is not only caring and thoughtful with his patients but also as much with his staff.

Robyn has lived in Chino Hills with her husband and 19 year old son since 1989.

Amy Keen, R.D.A.

Amy has worked with Dr. Bottala since 2003. She started as a front office receptionist and furthered her career by completing Citrus College Dental assisting Program. She received her license by the Dental Board of California as a Registered Dental Assistant (R.D.A.) in 2005. She also received her Dental Radiation license, and coronal polishing certificate.

Amy enjoys furthering her knowledge by taking continuing education courses. Amy chose the field in orthodontics because while working as Dr. Bottala receptionist she witnessed the transformation that made patients want to smile.

Amy takes pleasure and is honored in working with Dr. Bottala because of his thoughtfulness and care that he gives to all his patients. He is up beat, enthusiastic, generous and a child at heart.

Amy is soon to be married in June of 2008 to long time boyfriend Dustin of 7 years.

Jennifer Nitti, R.D.A.

Jen has been a Dental Assistant since 1994. She received her license by the Dental Board of California as a Registered Dental Assistant in 1995. She holds a dental radiation license and coronal polishing certificate.

Jen started in orthodontics at the Loma Linda School of Dentistry working with dentists specializing in orthodontics. She has since stayed with this specialty.

Jen has worked for Dr. Bottala since 2006 as his chairside assistant. What Jen likes most about working for Dr. Bottala is his professionalism and the outcome of all his cases. He is great to work for and is also very caring and generous to his staff.

Jen is married and has 5 year old twin girls.

Jessica Miramontes, D.A., Patient Relations

Jessica has been working in the field of dentistry since 1997. She began working with Dr. Bottala in a multi-specialty office in 2003. She later moved on with him to his private practice.

Jessica attended North West College where she earned her certificate for Dental Assisting. She also received her Dental Radiology license. She has training and experience in all fields of Dentistry. Her primary fields are Pediatrics and Orthodontics. Her absolute favorite is definitely Orthodontics.

Jessica enjoys seeing the before and after results along with the self confidence that Dr. Bottala provides to his patients.

Jessica enjoys working for Dr. Bottala because he is very giving, down to earth and not to forget his great sense of humor. Jessica is single but hopes to someday be married and have children.

Mia Tipton, D.A., Public Relations

Mia has been working in the field of dentistry since 1996. She began working with Dr. Bottala in a multi-specialty dental office as a Public Relations Specialist in 2004. She has since moved on to his private practice.

Mia completed Bryman College in 1997 where she received her certificate in Dental Assisting. She also received her Dental Radiation license. Mia has successfully completed continuing education courses in various fields of dentistry including Invisalign, Damon System, HIPPA (California Privacy Practices) and CPR.

Mia is delighted to be working in the field of orthodontics. She receives fulfillment in watching the immense transformation of patient's teeth transition into gorgeous smiles.

One of the most gratifying things about working with Dr. Bottala is his devotion to his patients and appreciation of his staff. Mia has had the privilege of Dr. Bottala creating a handsome smile for her son. She looks forward to him creating a beautiful smile for her daughter.

Christin Sarkadarisarak, R.D.A.

Christin has been in the field of dentistry since 1999 in which she has been exclusive to the orthodontic specialty. She received her license by the Dental Board of California as a Registered Dental Assistant in 2000.

Christin is a chairside assistant whom works directly with our patients and performs all orthodontic adjustments under Dr. Bottala supervision.

Dr. Bottala is a great, fun and generous doctor. She is extremely grateful that she found such a wonderful person to work for. The best part about Christin's job is meeting new people and seeing the beautiful, happy smiles that are created by Dr. Bottala.

Carol Ortega, R.D.A., Invisalign Specialist

Carol has worked with Dr. Bottala since 2006. She received her license by the Dental Board of California as a Registered Dental Assistant in 1992.

Carol has attended many course and seminar to further her knowledge in the field of dentistry.

Carol enjoys the "hands on" of orthodontics and helping develop lasting smiles. For Carol, Dr. Bottala is great to work with because of the care and dedication he gives to each and every patient.

Carol has 2 children and looks forward to the day when Dr. Bottala can create their smiles.

Ivonne Cuevas, R.D.A.

Ivonne has worked with Dr. Bottala since 2006 as a chairside assistant. She has been in the field of dentistry since 1990. She received her license by the Dental Board of California as a Registered Dental Assistant (R.D.A.) with a Dental Radiation license and coronal polishing certificate in 1994. She has knowledge and experience in all dental specialties. She continues to expand her knowledge with continuing education courses, allowing her to provide the best quality care.

Ivonne's specialty preference is orthodontics. She enjoys the before and after results. She also takes pleasure in educating patients while they are going through orthodontic treatment.

Ivonne feels honored to work for a very kind and caring person. Dr. Bottala is a person that not only cares for the well being of his patients but also his staff.

Ivonne is married with one daughter. Ivonne is one of the many smiles created by Dr. Bottala.

Jill Castillo, R.D.A.

Jill has been in the dental profession since 1985. She started working with Dr. Bottala in 2007.

Jill graduated from North West College in 1985 with a certificate in Dental Assisting and a Dental Radiation license. She received her license by the Dental Board of California as a Registered Dental Assistant (R.D.A.) in 1991.

What Jill enjoys most about working in the Orthodontic field is the daily interaction with young patients and their parents. She loves watching the transformation of shy, timid smiles turn into big beautiful smiles!!

Jill takes joy in working with Dr. Bottala because he is kind, sincere and honest. For Jill he has a GREAT personality and truly appreciates his staff. Since she started working for him he has made her feel more than welcomed. "Thanks Dr. B"
